My parents' generation and my generation.

I choose the question 'do you think there are different ways of thinking now between your parent's generation and yours.' There are many different ways of thinking between my parents' generation and mine. In my parents' generation, it was not a good thing to go to a coffee shop with their friends. It was not a dangerous place, but their parents thought it was not a good place for children. I was surprised that my mother was not allowed even to go to a movie theater with her friends until she was in high school. Moreover, it was unpopular to make a band especially a rock band. It was okay to play the acoustic guitar, but electric guitar was not okay. The electric guitar's sounds too different from the acoustic guitar, and their parents did not accept the sound. In fact, if someone played the electric guitar, they were regarded as bad. However, in our generation, there are many kinds of coffee shops, place of entertaiment like Karaoke, and also we have a lot of useful systems. For example,we could get a student discount in the movie theater. It is not unpopular to make a band when we were students. We have wider circumstances of play than our parents's generation, and our and our parents' ways of thinking is more adaptive than our parents'. I think that we are gifted with the circumstance that surround us.
