I chose the topic about the relationship of father and daughter. I think Blanche and her father's relationship is very strict and she has to respect her father so they have distance in their relationship. But now, fathers are not so strict. They are very friendly and we can say anything so there is not so big a distance between father and daughter. Then, we also can speak and quarrel with our fathers. Modern father and daughter relationship is more friendly than before so I think it is very different.

When my mother was young, she said she never really talked to her father unless he was telling her what to do! Now we know that daughters really need to have a good relationship with their fathers in order to feel good about themselves and develop their self-esteem.
