My great host family!!!

I went to homestay about 4 weeks ago. However I remember every events I experienced. My host father's name is Gary, he is so gentle and a good cook.He also a good musician because he plays the piano in church. My host mother' s name is Laurie, she is so kind and gentle. I thought she was like my real mother. When I met them first time, I couldn't speak to them a lot because of nervousness. Then I decided to speak more positively and actively, and also not to fear mistakes. The most impressive experience was going church on Sunday morning. It was so different from my first imagination. My imagination to church was so silent and grave, but it was only my imagination. People who came the church talked so friendly and they sang a song cheerfully. Because my host father didn't play the piano on that day, I really wanted to listen to his playing. I felt differences about religon between Japanese and American a lot. I also met their grandsons, cooked Japanese food together, went sightseeing, and so on! I could spent really interesting and precious time with them. On Easter day, I will visit them again and see American Easter custom directly. I'm so looking forward to meeting them again! Homestay experiences is one of the most great experience in America!
