My favorite cultures is Japanese food.
For example, Sushi, Nabe, Okonomiyaki, and Takoyaki,
First, I like Sushi. I especially love Salmon very much.
Another ingredients are Salmon roe, Tuna, Egg, Cucumber, Urchin, Squid, and Octopus etc. It has a lot of more ingredients.
Next, Nabe has a lot of tastes. For example, Kimchi, collagen, Kombu(kelp), and Curry etc. It has a lot of more tastes. I always eat Kombu Nabe with my family. It is very nice. I miss it.
When I was in Japan, my mother made Okonomiyaki every Sunday dinner. I like it with mayonnaise very much. And It is difficult when I cook to turn it. But it is okay that I fail. Maybe the taste is good!!
Finally, Takoyaki is like Okonomiyaki, but the differences are shape and without or with Octopus. I don't like Octopus, but I can eat that Octopus into Takoyaki. This is Takoyaki magic! And we need to use "Takoyaki machine" when I cook it. It is easy to cook. So I have never seen to put "Takoyaki machine" in supermarket. Can I cook it here?
